Rumors surrounding the hip hop mogul’s lavish home being up for sale have been confirmed as Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs is listing his Beverly Hills mansion for $61,000,000.00
Recently raided by Homeland Security as part of an investigation in March, the embattled musician’s Beverly Hills property is located in the highly coveted ‘Platinum Triangle’ of Los Angeles, along a stretch known as Billionaire’s Row nearby neighbors include Kylie Jenner and the infamous Playboy Mansion.
According to the realtor’s description of the property:
“A grand cobblestone driveway leads to the completely remodeled estate, which features classic European design elements. The property boasts a luxurious paneled entry foyer with a sweeping staircase bathed in natural light, along with a large living room, formal dining room, wine cellar, office, and a gourmet kitchen with a family room and separate catering kitchen.”
Included in the sale is a 35-sear state-of-the-art theatre, a two-story guest house with a large gym, recording studio and additional guest bedrooms. Outdoors, there are “expansive lawns, mature trees and formal gardens” surrounding a “resort-like swimming pool with a waterfall and grotto, a basketball court, spa house and an outdoor loggia equipped with a BBQ, bar and pizza oven”.
Currently facing several high profile sex-related lawsuits, Combs purchased the estate a decade ago for $40,000,000.00
