On Tuesday night (11.04,) during her concert in Nashville, Tennessee, Sabrina Carpenter playfully “arrested” Nicole Kidman.
During her latest Short n’ Sweet Tour stop at the Bridgestone Arena, the 26-year old singer/songwriter stopped the show and, referencing Nicole’s viral AMC Theaters advertisements, addressed the crowd with “We come to this arena for magic, right?” “Oh my goodness! I expected to find love but not my soulmate.”
As the camera zoomed in on the Oscar-winning actress, Carpenter invited Nicole to the stage, and in keeping with her tradition of pretending to arrest celebrities who attend her shows with a pair of pink furry handcuffs, the musician said “But you live in Nashville, so if things work out between us, then I guess I’m moving to Nashville,” before referring to Nicole’s 2024 film, Babygirl, before adding: “You’re so Babygirl, I don’t know what to do.”
Handing the now 58-year old award winning actress the handcuffs, the songstress then dedicated a rendition of her song ‘Juno’ to the Aussie star.
Not the first time Sabrina’s “arrested” celebs, her prior victims included Drew Barrymore, Gigi Hadid, and Anne Hathaway onstage.
For several years, Nicole and her now estranged husband Keith Urban lived in Nashville with their daughters Sunday Rose (17,) and Faith Margaret (14,) but in September, the thespian filed for divorce from the country music star after nearly twenty years together.
