According to reliable sources Rosalía and Rauw Alejandro have called off their engagement, with the two Latin superstar musicians, who announced their pre-wedding plans back in March, opting to call it quits.
According to the People, despite the singers’ mutual love and respect for each other, the pair have agreed to split up after their three-year relationship.
Rosalía and the Puerto Rican singer, both 30 years old, were romantically linked in August 2021 and took to social media to confirm their love shortly thereafter when they made their red carpet debut as a couple during Spain’s Los40 Music Awards in November of the same year.
In June of 2022, the singers sparked engagement speculation and in March of 2023 they confirmed the news in the music video for their duet ‘Beso,’ that features snippets of the pair’s private lives together including many clips of them kissing, in a nod to the title of the song.
Each of the musicians have tattoos in honor of one another, with Rosalía having an “RR” tattooed on her foot, as a tribute to the Rauw (whose formal surname is Ruiz,) and Alejandro has the first name of the Spanish performer (born Rosalia Vila Tobella) inked on his stomach in a handwritten font.
