For a third time, Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs‘ prison release date has been amended.
According to the Federal Bureau of Prisons, the embattled musician is now eligible for release on January 24, 2028. about which a spokesperson for Combs said “At this point we do not have the necessary information to respond with any clarity.”
Currently serving a 50-month sentence at FCI Fort Dix in New Jersey, the felon’s release date has changed multiple times since its original June 4 2028 release.
News of the fallen musician’s updated release date comes less than a week after multiple outlets reported that the rapper was involved in an alleged altercation with another inmate. The supposewd fight was reportedly broken up by prison staff, and he was reportedly moved to solitary confinement following the incident.
Declining to confirm on Diddy’s reported solitary confinement, FCI Fort Dix stated:
“We are not at liberty to disclose or provide internal information pertaining to any inmate in our custody.” “Such information would not be available for the public domain.”
In 2024, Combs was found guilty of two counts of transportation to engage in prostitution. He has denied any wrongdoing.
