After falling ill in Switzerland, on the advice of her medical team, P!nk has cancelled her next concert originally scheduled for Wednesday (7.03) at the Wankdorf Stadium in Bern.
In order to explain that she is “unable” to go ahead with the mid-week show, on Tuesday (7.02) the superstar singer took to her Instagram account, writing:
“I am so sorry that I have had to cancel my show in Bern this Wednesday.” “I do everything I can to ensure I can perform for you every night, but after consultation with my doctor and exploring all options available, I’ve been advised that I’m unable to continue with the show tomorrow.” “I was looking forward to being with you and making memories with you and sharing our show with you and am so disappointed that we have to cancel.”
Adding to the singer’s cancellation, the tour promoter released a statement explaining that the show would not be rescheduled “due to the current tour planning”.
Born Alecia Beth Moore, the pop star is scheduled to perform in Copenhagen, Denmark, on Saturday (the 7.06.) In support of Trustfall, Pink’s ninth studio album, the Summer Carnival tour started in Bolton, England, on June 7 of last year and is scheduled to wrap up in Miami, Florida, on November 23.
