Nick Carter Cries In Aaron Carter Documentary

In a new documentary about his sibling, Nick Carter breaks down in tears over the premature passing of his brother, Aaron Carter.

The younger of the two brothers who died from drowning in a bath tub in 2022 at the age of 34 after taking drugs, Nick was further devastated by the passing of sisters Leslie, who died aged 25 in 2012, and Bobbie Jean, who died aged 41 in 2023.

Leaving just him and Aaron’s twin sister Angel (37,) the two remaining Carters have come together for a Paramount+ documentary about their family, titled The Carters: Hurts to Love You. Due for an April release, a trailer for the film featurs Nick breaking down in tears as he embraces his sister and sobs, “Five kids, we’re all that’s left.”

Reflecting on her twin brother, Angel states “Imagine being a child and walking like an adult, having your childhood taken away from you.” “When fame embraces you, you have to hide your pain, no-one can see what’s really happening to you.”

As he fell under the influence of drugs and struggled to maintain a career in adulthood, after Aaron’s decline played out online, Angel added:

“I can be a voice for him. This is what happened behind the scenes. Here is the truth.” “What’s so interesting about Leslie’s passing… she passed away when I was 23, her death completely blindsided me. I didn’t see that one coming.” “When she died, I was already in therapy, preparing for Aaron’s death. I thought he was gonna die. I knew this day was going to come. I think he knew it, too.”
