Throughout her career Natti Natasha has collaborated with several of the biggest names in the industry, and on “Mayor Que Usted,” she takes her place among the legends.
Natasha’s latest collab features Daddy Yankee and Wisin & Yandel, veterans who’ve all announced that they’re retiring from music in 2022. While Wisin & Yandel will continue on with their solo careers, before they end their alliance they join Natti who revisits Reggaeton’s classic era.
In a statement about her latest release, Natasha said “It’s a dream come true for me to work with two of reggaeton’s legends that have inspired and influenced my career since the beginning. ““I couldn’t have said farewell to these two music legends that helped pioneer a movement, without celebrating their legacy through a collaboration.”
In March, Daddy Yankee released his final album Legendaddy with Wisin & Yandel sharing that they’ll launch La Ultima Misión, their final tour as a duo to coincide with an upcoming album. After becoming a mother, Natti dropped her album Natividad in 2021, and more recently teamed up with fellow Dominicans El Alfa and Chimbala for Wow BB.”
