On Wednesday (7.16,), TMZ confirmed that Pete Davidson and his girlfriend, Elsie Hewitt, were expecting their first child, Machine Gun Kelly has responded to the news that his good friend will soon be a father.
A reliable source said that the 29-year old mother-to-be is due to give birth in the winter, and several hours later, the model-actress took to Instagram with “Welp now everyone knows we had sex,” along with a photo carousel of the couple and a short clip of her smiling during an ultrasound appointment and a close-up of a sonogram image.
In the comments section of Elsie’s post, Davidson’s goof friend MGK reacted to the news with “These playdates bout to hittttt (sic).”
Born Colson Baker, MGK and his on-again-off-again partner Megan Fox welcomed their first child together, a daughter, in March, and the musician also has a 16-year-old daughter from a prior relationship.
Now 31-years old, Pete and Elsie were first linked in March and reportedly moved in together two months later, and while the Saturday Night Live comedian has yet to comment on the baby news, an insider told People that he is very excited to become a father, adding:
“They’re both very nurturing people and are very, very happy together and to be starting a family.” “They’ve been sharing privately with loved ones, and it’s a really sweet time after everything Pete has overcome. He’s so excited. He’s always wanted to be a dad.”
It was in 2022 during the Kevin Hart’s talk show, Hart to Heart, that Davidson addressed his interest in having a family one day, stating:
“My favorite thing ever, which I’m yet to achieve, is I wanna have a kid.” “It’s super corny, but it would be so fun to dress up a little dude. I’m so excited for that chapter, so that’s kind of what I’m just preparing for now, is trying to be like good as a dude and develop and get better, so when that happens, it’s just easier.”
