Slated for a January 23, 2026 release, Megadeath just unveiled the complete track listing for their highly anticipated, self-titled final studio full length via Dave Mustaine’s Tradecraft imprint in partnership with the new BLKIIBLK label.
What will be the last LP from the GRAMMY® Award winning, iconic rockers who’ve sold 50,000,000+ records, the full length will include their recently released first single, ‘Tipping Point.’
Adding to the the musical legends’ swan song project, the full length will feature a special bonus track: a reimagined version of ‘Ride The Lightning,’ that was co-written by Mustaine with Metallica’s James Hetfield, Cliff Burton, and Lars Ulrich, and served as the title track for Metallica’s 1984 LP.
About the re-worked classic, Mustaine said that the decision to include the song was a way to “pay my respects to where my career first started.”

Featuring Mustaine, Teemu Mäntysaari, James LoMenzo, and Dirk Verbeurene, the group’s current lineup is preparing for the album launch and a farewell tour, with initial dates expected to be announced within the next two months.
