In a cover version of ‘Get Low’ by rap group Lil Jon and the East Side Boyz from 2002, Mark Zuckerberg has collaborated with T-Pain.
Professionally known as Z-Pain, the Facebook founder said he recorded the song as a tribute to his wife, Priscilla Chan, on their dating anniversary, and taking to Instagram he wrote:
“Get Low was playing when I first met Priscilla at a college party, so every year we listen to it on our dating anniversary.” “This year I worked with T-Pain on our own version of this lyrical masterpiece.”
Ending his social media post with “Love you P”, referring to his wife, the billionaire told followers that the track was available on Spotify. And along with his tribute was a photo of the lyrics, an album cover on which T-Pain and Zuckerberg hold up acoustic guitars, and several photos of the pair in a recording studio.
On Instagram, the über-successful entrepreneur shared his spouse’s reaction to the collaboration where she laughed and described it as “so romantic” adding “Twenty-one years later, I can’t get quite as low, but it brings back a lot of fun memories.”
Born Faheem Najm, singer-songwriter and music producer T-Pain took to his own Instagram account with “Z-Pain has arrived … Get Low by Zuck and me out now.”
