In addition to confirming the details about his long-awaited new album, It’s Only Me, Lil Baby just released the new video for his new hard-hitting single, “Detox,”
Produced by Nick Papz, the video features the rapper (born Dominique Armani Jones) managing a tumultuous brokerage firm named Wolf of Sparks. St (presumably an Atlanta-related nod to The Wolf of Wall Street ) as well as sparring in a boxing ring and, in a more subdued moment, teaching yoga.
Several hours after dropping the “Detox” video, Lil Baby took to Instagram to confirm the title and 10.,14 release date for his new LP that follows My Turn (2020) writing, “I Kno Its Been Along Time Coming But I’m Coming Harder And Harder.”
The ‘Detox singles arrives a week following the release of Untrapped: The Story of Lil Baby, an Amazon Prime Video documentary about the rapper’s meteoric rise and the superstar musician was also recently featured on DJ Khaled’s “Staying Alive” alongside Drake, as well as Nav’s “Never Sleep” with Travis Scott.
Releasing three prior singles’ “Frozen,” “Right On,” and “In a Minute,” during the first half of 2022, Lil Baby’s long been teasing his much-anticipated full length.
