While at the Cannes Film Festival, Kelly Rowland was caught in a tense moment with a security guard.
When walking the red carpet for the premiere of the French-Italian film Marcello Mio, the former member of Destiny’s Child appeared to be have a tense conversation with the female worker.
A video posted on X/Twitter depicted Rowland posing on a carpeted staircase in front of the event when the security guard gestured to move her along. After placing a hand behind the 43-year old singer’s back, the guard then appeared to issue instructions to Kelly as she began to climb the stairs. Rowland subsequently faced the employee, pointed a finger at the guard’s face and seemingly reacting badly to the woman’s words. And after ascending further, the singer/actress turned to the guard with strong words.
At press time Kelly Rowland herself has not publicly addressed the incident.
