Kanye West Shocks Audience At Latest ‘Donda’ Album Event: Watch + Listen

Controversial rapper Kanye West created controversy by bringing out disgraced musicians Marilyn Manson and DaBaby during last night’s Donda album listening party.

What was the third listening party for his still unreleased album, Jeezy returned to Chicago where he recreated his childhood home topped with a cross was erected.

During the Soldier Field stadium event, West covered his face in a black balaclava and baseball cap, and in typically controversial style, brought out a succession of guests onto the front porch of the house including Manson and DaBaby.

After several women, including former fiancee Evan Rachel Wood, accused him of abuse, Manson was dropped by his record label, agency and management earlier this year. And DaBaby was dropped from several festival line-ups after making homophobic comments and incorrect claims about HIV and AIDS during Miami’s Rolling Loud festival in July. Replacing JAY-Z’s verse heard at the previous album listening parties, according to reports, DaBaby now has a verse on one of West’s new songs

In addition to the aforementioned celebrities, Kanye’s estranged wife Kim Kardashian made an appearance, walking across the field in a Balenciaga Couture wedding dress and veil during ‘No Child Left Behind,’ the final song of the show. Moments before her appearance, West shocked concert attendees by setting himself on fire within the house and sitting there for several seconds as the room was consumed by flames. He then walked out of the front door and down the steps before the fire was extinguished.

Donda, named after West’s late mother, has been delayed multiple times and is now believed to be released on 3 September.
