Kanye Releases Song Ex Wife Tried To Block

Despite attempts by his ex-wife, Kim Kardashian, to block the release, Kanye West dropped ‘Lonely Roads Still Go To Sunshine,’ a brand new song that supposedly features Sean Combs and West’s daughter.

On Saturday (3.15,) the embattled rapper took to X to debut the release featuring Comb’s, his son Christian ‘King’ Combs, and West’s daughter North.

West’s song opens with Puffy’s voice thanking Kanye for his support while he remains in jail awaiting trial as North makes a short but noticeable cameo, rapping ‘When you see me shining, then you see the light,’ as Christian delivers his own verse.

According to TMZ, after learning about the track, Kardashian took legal action to prevent the song’s release buy sending cease-and-desist letters demanding that her ex-husband not move forward with the song.

Though an emergency hearing took place, which he did not attend, Kanye allegedly agreed to hold off on the track, yet shortly before the social media drop, West posted an alleged text conversation with Kim, alluding to a developing conflict by telling fans, ‘We’re going to war.’

As a result of the ongoing legal troubles surrounding Combs, who is currently facing federal sex trafficking allegations, Kim Kardashian is said to be particularly concerned about her daughter’s involvement.
