Emily Eavis and Nick Dewey, the two chief organizers of Glastonbury Music Festival, have registered a new company called Holy Cow Events.
During a time of worldwide uncertainty, the new entity is shrouded in secrecy as the company listed in the “performing arts” category was registered and incorporated on February 8th via Companies House, with no other information available at press time.
From hosting smaller one-off events at Glastonbury Festival’s own Worthy Farm, to creating a live-stream concert brand in order to offer musical experiences during these challenging times of in-person attended shows, fans of the now 50-year old, legendary UK festival brand are guessing what Holy Cow has in store. Others have simply speculated that Holy Cow Events’ registration is some how connected with Glastonbury organizers’ recent cancellation of its 2021 edition.
