On Wednesday (8.27,) a representative for French Montana confirmed to that he is engaged to Dubai royal Sheikha Mahra Al Maktoum.
Though not divulging any details about the proposal, the spokesperson shared that the musician (born Karim Kharbouch) popped the question in June while they were in Paris for Fashion Week.
The 40-year old Montana and 31-year Sheikha Mahra started dating in late 2024 and reliable sources told TMZ that “both sides of their families are excited” for the impending nuptials.
In July of last year, the daughter of the current ruler of Dubai, Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum made headlines when she took to Instagram to tell her husband, Emirati businessman Sheikh Mana bin Mohammed bin Rashid bin Mana Al Maktoum, that she was divorcing him after a year of marriage, concluding the post with “Take care. Your ex-wife.”
Montana was previously married to Deen Kharbouch from 2007 to 2014 and the couple share a 16-year-old son named Kruz. The Morocco-born musician has also dated Khloé Kardashian and Iggy Azalea.
At press time, neither the musician nor the princess have shared any further details.
