After objects were thrown on stage during her Melbourne, Australia concert, SZA threatened to stop the show.
On Tuesday night (4.30,) the superstar singer/songwriter threatened to end her performance at Melbourne’s Rod Laver Arena after members of the audience threw mobile phones and shoes.
“I will leave.” “Do not throw up any cell phones, I’m a person. That’s crazy,’ said SZA to the crowd while holding one of the items thrown onto the stage.
In addition to the tossed items, one particular concertgoer disrupted the show by attempting to do a handstand on the raised seating area before falling on another member of the audience. It was also reported that security had to break up a fight in the general admission area.
Currently in the middle of her SOS tour, the 34-year old, Grammy award winner (born Solána Imani Rowe) will return to the United States this week for a series of shows in Sacramento, California on Sunday and Louisville, Kentucky on 25 and 26 May, and she will resume her overseas dates in June with stops in France, Spain and Portugal.
