During this weekend’s Saturday Night Live, Dua Lipa was, both, the show’s host and musical guest performing two entries from her third studio album, Radical Optimism, that came out Friday (5.03.)
The superstar singer led with her dance track “Illusion,” and returned the SNL stage with “Happy For You.”
Rolling Stone‘s January cover artist back in January, Lipa discussed her latest LP stating “I want to capture the essence of youth and freedom and having fun and just letting things happen, whether it’s good or bad. You can’t change it.”
Not her first stint on America’s longest running sketch comedy television show, the Albanian/British artist was the musical guest in December 2020, when she performed two tracks from that year’s Future Nostalgia.
