Making good on his prior promise, Drake dropped his Scary Hours 2 EP this week alongside the relaunch of OVO Sound Radio.
While the new project only totes three songs, running 12 minutes in length, each title packs a decent musical punch with guest spots featuring Rick Ross and Lil Baby. In addition to the tunes “What’s Next” comes complete with its own music video.
Providing an update on his highly-anticipated album Certified Lover Boy, the Canadian lyricist stated: “CLB is currently being chef’d in every way possible,” confirming his musical alliance with regular collaborators Noel Cadastre and Noah “40” Shebib. Courtesy of his own OVO Sound radio show, Drake added “I don’t have an exact date, but it’s in the pot and it’s coming soon.” Originally slated for a January 2021, the project was postponed after the artist sustained a knee injury .x
Scary Hours 2 should hold fans over for a while and until the Certified Lover Boy full length is available, here’s the newest from Drake.
