On Friday (6.23,) Doja Cat announced on her first-ever North American headlining arena tour.
Titled The Scarlet Tour, the 24-date jaunt starts in San Francisco (10.31) and includes stops in Miami, Los Angeles and Las Vegas, among others, before wrapping up in Chicago (12.13.)
Born Amala Dlamini, the 27-year old musician confirmed that she’ll be joined on selected dates by supporting acts Ice Spice and Doechii.
For a short time, during her 2019 Amala Tour, Doja previously performed as a headliner and had also planned to tour the United States in support of her 2020 Hot Pink album before it was postponed due to the pandemic.
She was then set to open for The Weeknd’s After Hours Til Dawn tour last year, however, she had to cancel to undergo tonsil surgery.
The Woman hitmaker hasn’t released a full-length record since 2021’s Planer Her, however, she unveiled a new single, Attention, on 16 June.
In a recent interview with Variety, Doja announced that she has an album in the works, which will be released later this year.
