For a surprise performance during the final Beyoncé concert in Las Vegas, Destiny’s Child reunited onstage.
It was this past weekend that the superstar singer kicked off her last of 32 Cowboy Carter and the Rodeo Chitlin’ Circuit Tour stadium shows across the United States and Europe.
During the Saturday (7.26) concert, the audience was blown away when Kelly Rowland and Michelle Williams joined Bey the stage where they performed some of their most loved throwback hits, including ‘Bootylicious’ (2001) and ‘Lose My Breath’ (2005.)
Said one concert-goer about witnessing the show “I can’t believe I saw that with my own eyes. We literally just saw so much of Beyoncé’s history onstage just now – her past, her present and her future.”
With original members Beyoncé Knowles, Kelly Rowland, LaTavia Roberson and LeToya Luckett, the famous girl group rose to fame in the 1990s and eventually became a trio with Knowles, Rowland and Williams, who garnered much success before going their separate ways in 2006.
Each former member has gone on to achieve solo successes in their own creative careers and they have stayed close friends over the years.
