Taking to social media, on Sunday (9.06) Ciara confirmed that she and her husband, Russell Wilson, are expecting baby number five.
Displaying her baby bump while posing next to her sportsman spouse, the superstar songstress shared a video showing a tiny onesie onto a washing line alongside four white T-shirts emblazoned with her older children’s names and the caption “One more person to Love.”
The now retired NFL player added “Baby Cinco! @ciara.”
Married in 2016, Ciara and Russell share son Win (6,) and daughters Sienna (9,) and Amora (2.)
The Songstress is also the mother of son Future (1,) from her previous relationship with rapper Future.
Following the joyous news, Ciara received congratulatory messages from several celebrity friends including:
Vanessa Bryant who wrote “It’s about damn time. I love you guys so much!!!!! Sooooo happy for you!!!”
Amber Riley who posted, “I knew it!! This is so beautiful. I love this for y’all! Congratulations.”
Nicole Scherzinger who added: “Omggg congratulations.”
In August, the musician (born Ciara Princess Harris) recalled how Russell, 37, told her he wanted more children after they welcomed Amora in December 2023, adding:
“I will tell you, when I was giving birth to Amora, that was our fourth baby, he was like shortly after, ‘So, cinco?’ and I’m like, ‘Wait a minute now, like slow it down, sir. We just had a baby here. Let’s be in this moment here, sir,'” the 40-year-old smiled to Us Weekly. “And I’m like, ‘Oh my gosh!’ I said, ‘That is just disrespectful,’ of course, in a laughing way.”
