As part of his fifth studio LP (out last November,) country superstar singer-songwriter Chris Stapleton performed two tracks Higher during this past week’s Saturday Night Live.
After his debut SNL stint in 2018, for his third musical guest appearance Stapleton opened up April 13 with the album’s lead single, “White Horse.”
Co-produced by Stapleton’s wife, Morgane, who also joined him and his band on vocals and tambourine, “White Horse” won the Grammy for Best Country Solo Performance and Best Country Song at the awards ceremony in February.
For his second number Chris solo-performed “Mountains of My Mind.”
