Yet another musician assaulted on stage, Cardi B retaliated against a concert-goer who threw a drink at her.
On Saturday (7.29,) during a performance at Drai’s Beachclub in Las Vegas, the superstar rapper (born Belcalis Marlenis Almánzar Cephus) was pelted with a drink, and responded by hitting the assailant with her microphone.
The latest in a series of inappropriate fan behavior, in recent months, Bebe Rexha needed stitches after getting hit in the face by a phone, Kelsea Ballerini paused a concert after getting struck in the eye by a bracelet, and and P!NK was emotionally traumatized by a fan who threw their mother’s ashes onto the stage.
During one of her recent shows, Adele called out concertgoers engaged in tasteful behavior by saying “Have you noticed how people are like, forgetting fucking show etiquette at the moment? People just throwing shit on stage, have you seen them? I fucking dare you. Dare you to throw something at me and I’ll fucking kill you.
