About the monumental occasion, The Boss’ wife, Patti Scialfa, took to Instagram posting a photo of Lily Harper Springsteen, the daughter of their youngest son, Sam. A second photo showed the little one wearing pink teddy-bear shaped mittens, a pink hat, and her hospital bracelet. And Mrs. Springsteen also shared a black-and-white shot of the baby carriage with her son, a Jersey City firefighter, and his fiancee.
