In response to allegedly hoarding his over-the-top wealth, Billie Eilish has made her feelings public about Elon Musk.
On Thursday (11.13,) the multi-Grammy Award winner took to her Instagram Stories to re-share a carousel from an account titled ‘My Voice, My Choice,’ with the headline, “Elon Musk became the world’s first trillionaire here’s what he could do with it.” In the accompanying photos, the content creator suggested ways the Tesla co-founder could use his wealth to help people amid global crises, such as “end world hunger” and “save endangered species”.
“(Elon could) choose to spend $40 billion every year to end world hunger by 2030 or provide universal safe clean water $140 billion for the planet for the next seven years,” read one of the slides.
Eilish concluded her post with “F**king pathetic p**sy b**ch coward.”
With a net worth estimated to be some $500,000,000,000, the SpaceX entrepreneur is the world’s wealthiest person, and last week, Tesla shareholders voted in favor of Musk receiving an almost $1 trillion dollar pay plan. While the compensation plan is required to meet a series of business bench marks over the next ten years, should he be successful, Elon will become the world’s first trillionaire.
The X owner is a polarizing figure, and has received public backlash after serving as an advisor to U.S. President Donald Trump and launching the Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE) earlier this year. In September, however, he departed the administration following a feud with the American leader.
At press time, representatives for Elon have yet to respond to Billie Eilish’s social media comments.
