Included in Bad Bunny’s record-breaking album Un Verano Sin Ti is “Neverita,” a bright, electro-pop offering along with a playful video that pays tribute to merengue legend, Elvis Crespo.
Directed by Bad Bunny’s go-to collaborator Stillz, the Latin superstar’s latest video is a flashback to the 1999 by recreating parts of Crespo’s classic “Suavemente,” as the artist (born Benito Antonio Martínez Ocasio) sings and dances over several backdrops that remind the viewer of an outdated version of Microsoft Paint.
Bad Bunny is currently on tour across the country along with a star-studded list of guests including the legendary Reggaeton pioneer Ivy Queen who sing with him this weekend.
The musician’s Un Verano Sin Ti LP rebounds back to the number one position on the Billboard 200 and remains the strongest contender for the year’s album of the summer.
