Backstreet Boys Digital Xmas LP

Including two previously exclusive tracks – including the Reggaeton-tinged ‘Feliz Navidad’ and their original ‘It’s Christmas Time Again,’ – the Backstreet Boys just dropped a digital deluxe version of their holiday album A Very Backstreet Christmas.

Initially available only on Target’s CD and vinyl editions, the two titles are now availablke on all major streaming platforms, including a Dolby Atmos version of the full length. And, featuring a festive visual in time for the holiday season, a new video for their reimagined take on their original José Feliciano cover has also been released,

With December 26, 27, 28, 30, 31, January 2, 3, and February 5, 6, 7, 11, 13, 14, and 15 show dates, the iconic boyband are enjoying current success during their Millennium residency at the state-of-the-art Sphere venue in Las Vegas.

Outside of his group-member responsibilities, on January 9, AJ McLean will release Hi, My Name is Alexander James.

Born Alexander James McLean, the Florida-born singer recently opened up about how his rehab stint taught him to separate his boyband persona from his real self, and he now wants the world to “get to know Alex”.

During his recent appearance on The Jennifer Hudson Show, the 47-year old musician said:

“[I went on a] little mental health retreat … What I got out of that was understanding that AJ is a character in a band.” “It doesn’t define me as who I am. I want the world to get to know Alex … I want everyone to kind of get to know me as me. There’s not that much of a difference between the two, but one is part of a group, part of a team, and then me on my own.” “I finally realised that I can love myself today, which I do. I can look at myself in the mirror.”
