Taking to social media on Thursday (12.07,) Ariana Grande posted a selection of photos and muted videos that show her working in a recording studio.
In the un-captioned images, the superstar entertainer is pictured sitting at a computer while looking at audio files on the screen.
Commenting on the now 30-year old singer’s posts, Victoria Monét, one of Grande’s frequent collaborators wrote “She’s home!”
The chanteuse’s Wicked co-star, Cynthia Erivo, added “No one is ready. I’m so freaking proud of you…This project is so freaking special!”
Grande’s last musical appearance was in February on her collaboration with The Weeknd for his ‘Die For You’ remix.
In August, Ariana released the 10th anniversary reissue of her debut LP, Yours Truly, that included new versions of six songs recorded live in London. She paid tribute to rapper and ex-boyfriend Mac Miller in the video for a new version of the pair’s 2013 track The Way.
Following an accidental overdose. Miller passed away in September 2018, and since his death, the singer has also paid tribute to Mac on two of her albums,Thank U, Next (2019,) and Positions (2020.)
