Scheduled to launch in June, Ariana Grande offered an update on her upcoming Eternal Sunshine Tour.
On Sunday (1.04) during her Critics Choice Awards E! News red carpet interview, the superstar singer/actress said she’d be heading into rehearsals for the trek “very soon”, adding “I’ve been working on the set list for months now.” “It’s in a good place, but we’ll never know until we get into the rehearsals – which are starting very soon – and we put things on their feet, if it’ll make sense or not.”
When questioned about performing any Wicked songs while on tour, Grande coyly replied “We’ll have to see… TBD (to be decided). I want to let it be a surprise.” “I am grateful to work and I’m excited for the tour.”
In support of her 2025 LP Eternal Sunshine, Ariana’s first trek since 2019 kicks off June 6 in Oakland, California before stopping throughout North America until August 6 followed by 10 shows at London’s O2 Arena.
During Amy Poehler’s Good Hang podcast in November of 2025, the multi-hyphenate previously revealed that she may not tour again for a long time, stating:
“The last 10 or 15 years will look very different to the ones that are coming up… I don’t want to say anything definitive.” “I do know that I’m very excited to do this small tour, but I think it might not happen again for a long, long, long, long, long time. I’m going to give it my all and it’s going to be beautiful. I think that’s why I’m doing it because I’m like, ‘One last hurrah!'”
Though the 32-year thespian was nominated for Best Supporting Actress for Wicked: For Good at the Critics Choice Awards, her category was won by Amy Madigan for Weapons.
