After two years of marriage, Ariana Grande and Dalton Gomez have simultaneously filed for divorce on Monday (9.18.)
According to TMZ, the now 30-year old songstress cited “irreconcilable differences” as the reason for the couple’s split, and Gomez reportedly filed a divorce petition of his own almost immediately thereafter.
According to a reliable source, news of the pair’s impending breakup surfaced in July, however, Ariana and Dalton have been “taking their time together to slowly work through the details of the agreement privately.” “They’ve been really caring and respectful of one another through every step of this process.” Noting that both people have now “moved on,” the split has been “kind and patient”,
The singer and the real estate agent began dating back in January 2020, announced their engagement in December 2020, and tied the knot the following year on May 15. The date of the pair’s separation has been listed as February 20 2023.
According to insiders Grande is currently dating her Wicked co-star, Ethan Slater, who filed for divorce in July from his wife Lilly Jay, whom he married in November 2018.
