Claiming that he was forced to watch her have sex in a car, Megan Thee Stallion is being sued by her former cameraman who has accused the superstar rapper/writer of harassment.
According to documents filed on Tuesday (4.23) in Los Angeles County Superior Court, the musician, Emilio Garcia was trapped in a car with the musician (born Megan Pete) in Ibiza, Spain, in June 2022, while she engaged in sexual acts with an unidentified woman.
According to the plaintiff, he was in the car with Megan and three other women when “suddenly Stallion and one other woman start(ed) having sex right beside Garcia.”
Citing harassment and creating a hostile work environment, the law suit claims that Emilio “could not get out of the car as it was both moving, and he was in the middle of nowhere in a foreign country” and that the rapper told him “Don’t ever discuss what you saw” and later “berated and directed her fat-shaming comments towards Garcia, such as ‘Fat B**ch'”.
Having worked for the now 29-year-old hip-hop star from 2018 until June 2023, according to the paperwork, Emilio told NBC “I felt uncomfortable. I was kind of frozen, and I was shocked. At kind of just the overall audacity to do this right, right beside me.”
At press time, Megan Thee Stallion has yet to publicly respond to the allegations.
