In response to rumors concerning the possibility of new music, on Sunday (1.08) Justin Timberlake removed all content from his Instagram and X (Twitter) accounts.
On Monday (1.08,) the superstar singer/songwriter replaced his prior profile image with a new photo of him looking at his own reflection in an automobile rearview mirror.
In response to his drastic social media moves, Timberlake fans wonder whether potential new single or full length material is en route, or as one supporter wrote “That’s the word on the street.” “A lot of artists lately have been wiping their socials in preparation for new singles/albums. Clean slate for the new stuff.”
Famous for taking protracted breaks between albums, Justin has not released new music since 2018, when he dropped his fifth studio album, Man of the Woods, that contained two top 10 singles, ‘Filthy’ and ‘Say Something.’
Timberlake’s debut solo LP, Justified, was released in 2002, followed by FutureSex/LoveSounds in 2006, and The 20/20 Experience, in 2013.
Justin’s last Instagram cameo was in December through his wife, Jessica Biel’s account when she posted a photo of the married couple posing in black tie attire during a trip to Las Vegas.
