On Sunday (5.17,) Lainey Wilson and Devlin ‘Duck’ Hodges tied the knot in Dickson, Tennessee.
According to Vogue, the country musician sand the former NFL player (turned real estate broker) arrived in a white horse-drawn carriage and were married by Wilson’s close friend and mentor, Wes Williams.
In her interview with the fashion periodical, the superstar singer/songwriter said “My absolute dream ceremony.” “There’s a small waterfall flowing down the hill behind the altar and windows. The waterfall is what convinced us to do the ceremony in this spot.”
The weekend nuptial news comes after the 33-year old took to Instagram in February of 2025 confirming her engagement to Hodges, alongside a series of romantic photos and videos captioned, “4x4xU forever,” as a nod to her hit song.
In an interview with People magazine, the Louisiana native said that the ring had been placed inside a mini cowboy hat-shaped box, admitting:
“Man, I tell you what, trying to wrangle me in is, it’s a lot.” “But I will say even the hat box situation, he proposed to me with the little hat box, and so just being able to do that and also at the same time be celebrating our engagement and our love, it feels good.”
Describing Hodges as her “biggest supporter” and “biggest cheerleader,” Lainey said “The sky is the limit, that’s how he acts about everything.” “He’s just the place that I get to call home, and I’m lucky to have him, and I think he’s pretty dang lucky to have me, too.”
