2 New Sexual Assaults Filed Vs Sean Combs

With two new surfaced lawsuits, Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs is again being sued for alleged sexual assault.

On Thursday (11.23), Thanksgiving Day, Joi Dickerson-Neal filed a complaint against the superstar rapper in the Manhattan Supreme Court, claiming that he drugged and raped her in 1991.

In the lawsuit, Dickerson-Neal stated that she went on a date to a New York City restaurant and was “intentionally drugged” by the musician that left her unable to “independently stand or walk”. He subsequently drove her to his place and allegedly sexually assaulted her.

Dickerson-Neal stated that the music mogul recorded the alleged encounter and showed the tape to others, stating:

“Days later, a male friend revealed to her that he had viewed the ‘sex tape’ along with other men,” the documents allege. “Horrified, Ms. Dickerson asked how many others saw it, to which he responded, ‘everyone.'”

A representative for the now 54-year-old Combs has denied the allegations, insisting the lawsuit is simply “a money grab,” stating:

“This last-minute lawsuit is an example of how a well-intentioned law can be turned on its head. Ms. Dickerson’s 32-year-old story is made up and not credible. Mr. Combs never assaulted her, and she implicates companies that did not exist. This is purely a money grab and nothing more.”

The rep was referring to New York’s Adult Survivors Act, a one-year window of extended opportunity allowing sexual assault survivors to file civil claims that had exceeded the statute of limitations. The window expired on Friday (11.24.)

According to Rolling Stone, a Jane Doe has also filed a sexual assault lawsuit against Combs and singer-songwriter Aaron Hall under the act. The anonymous accuser alleged she was “coerced into having sex with Combs” and afterwards Hall “pinned her down and forced (her) to have sex with him” in 1990 or 1991.

At press time, Hall has not yet responded to the other lawsuit.

This is the third legal action against Combs over the last seven days, starting with, his ex-girlfriend/singer Cassie (born Cassandra Ventura,) who claimed that he raped and abused her during their relationship. They reached a private settlement the following day.
