On Saturday morning in Miami (12.09) after being involved in a car accident, 2 Chainz was rushed to the hospital.
Born Tauheed K. Epps, the Atlanta rapper took to his Instagram Story account after the crash to share a video of himself on a stretcher being loaded into the back of an ambulance. During the clip, the now 46-year old musician zooms in on a black Tesla with a destroyed front end.
As a result of the accident the superstar rapper suffered neck and possibly other injuries , but was in stable condition at the hospital.
It appears that the artist’s vehicle was hit from behind by a Tesla while driving on I-95. Though there were no fatalities, at least one other male was transported to the hospital, according to TMZ., and authorities suspect the other driver may have been under the influence.
2 Chainz, who was in Miami for Art Basel, was reportedly leaving a local strip club shortly before the crash.
