Executive produced by Pharrell Williams and – featuring collaborations with Offset, A$AP Rocky, Future, Lil Baby, Tyler, The Creator, Yung Miami, Justin Timberlake and T.I. – Quavo just released the star-studded album QRÖMELIFE.
Representing a new era for the musician (born Quavious Keyate Marshall,) the Migos member blends his famous melodic style along with the Atlanta sound he helped popularize, and the experimental streak he’s built through years of collaborations.
With sessions taking place everywhere from Louis Vuitton’s Paris HQ to a yacht in Miami, after spending more than a year and a half shaping the collection, the Quavo/Pharrell alliance enjoyed a high profile rollout. QRÖMELIFE was launched in Paris with ‘HAAVIN,’ debuting at Pharrell’s Louis Vuitton Spring-Summer 2027 Men’s Show, followed by ‘Trance,’ then ‘Backwards’ featuring T.I. live at WWE’s Sunday Night Main Event.
The new LP arrives shortly after Quavo spoke about the future of Migos. After years of speculation, the musician confirmed that he and Offset will reunite for a final group project that will include posthumous vocals from Takeoff, who passed away in 2022 at age 28.
In an interview with V-103 DJ Greg Street, Quavo said “We coming back. We’re going to do it one more time. Long live the Rocket … There’s more. We going to tour. We going to do it right.”
During an interview with Nessa at Hot 97, the rapper said the album will honor Takeoff properly, adding:
“We want to make sure we honour him and make sure we have the right tools to make the music sound original as if he was here.” “We owe the fans at least the music. What he was working on and what we still had. The legacy must still go on.”
