Lizzo’s ‘Good As Hell’ Achieves Hot Shot Debut On Billboard Dance Club Songs

As “Truth Hurts” reigned supreme atop the Pop radio charts for six consecutive weeks, Lizzo‘s other viral hit “Good As Hell” careens onto Billboard Dance Club Songs Top 50 list as the #28* Hot Shot Debut.

The Atlantic Records-released track has enjoyed some of the same successes as her other upbeat offerings that stress the importance of positive self-imagery and worth through lyrics like “Come now, come dry your eyes/ You know you a star, you can touch the sky/ I know that it’s hard but you have to try/ If you need advice, let me simplify/ If he don’t love you anymore/ Just walk your fine ass out the door.” The Detroit native’s vocals are accentuated by an infectious production that keep the overall song light but strong.

While “Good As Hell” basks in its success alongside Lizzo’s other hot tracks “Truth Hurts” and “Juice,” it celebrates individually via remixes created by UK-native DJ/producer Liam Keegan.
