Bebe Rexha Talks Writing ‘The Monster,’ Rejection, Love For New York City And More

With the lead single off her newly released All Your Fault: Pt. 1 EP “I Got You” hitting No. 1 on the Billboard Dance Club Songs chart (dated April 1, 2017) Bebe Rexha is just getting her career started as a headliner.

After penning chart topping songs for Nick Jonas, Tinashe, Selena Gomez and Eminem and Rihanna, Bleta “Bebe” Rexha is now stepping into the spotlight in dramatic fashion. Bebe has already collaborated with some of the biggest names in the music world, including Nicki Minaj, G-Eazy, and Martin Garrix, now the Brooklyn native has finally released (Part 1 of) her debut studio album and is gearing up for a European tour in the beginning of May.

Following Bebe’s sold-out performance at the Warsaw in Brooklyn earlier this month, she sat down with PRO MOTION to talk about her rise to fame, the influence that New York City has had on her career, and dealing with the many rejections that an artist will face on the way to achieving over 1 billion streams on Spotify.
