In celebration of her 32nd birthday yesterday (May 5th), Adele took to Instagram and shared her joy and a brand new svelte look.
The “Hello” hit maker, who’s not posted on social media since December of 2019 took to Instagram to share a picture of herself looking super-trim and terrific in a black minidress. Shouting out to those helping the world recover right now, Adele made the post more about others on the COVID-19 front lines than herself, captioning the photo “Thank you for the birthday love. I hope you’re all staying safe and sane during this crazy time.” Continuing, she added, “I’d like to thank all of our first responders and essential workers who are keeping us safe while risking their lives! You are truly our angels.” See the address here.
For many, the UK native’s address signals more than just a birthday, as one could connect her return to social media as a preemptive rollout of her highly-awaited album follow-up to 2016’s Columbia Records released 25 full length.
As Adele has taken her time with all of her prior projects, her new, as yet untitled, album is no different. Rumors have suggested that the forthcoming LP effort will arrive in December at the latest, but will more likely be revealed in 2021.
