Taylor Swift wrote “This Is What You Came For” by ex-boyfriend Calvin Harris and Rihanna, her representative confirmed.

The two co-wrote the piece while they were still in a relationship with Swift going under the pseudonym Nils Sjöberg, a nod to the many famous Scandinavian pop songwriters. In fact, when you click on the name Nils Sjöberg on the song’s official Wikipedia, it will redirect you to Tay’s page.

Harris responded by going to Twitter and stating that his ex-flame should focus on her own life rather than getting into the affairs of others, even referencing the feud between her and Katy Perry. He also wanted to clarify his own involvement in the project and that he contributed a significant portion of the song.

Is Calvin Harris’ ‘Olé’ about his recent breakup with Taylor Swift?

“Hurtful to me at this point that her and her team would go so far out of their way to try and make ME look bad at this stage though,” the producer wrote. “I wrote the music, produced the song, arranged it and cut the vocals though. And initially she wanted it kept secret, hence the pseudonym.”

While Swift is out vacationing with her new squeeze British actor Tom Hiddleston, Harris has released more and more new music. In addition to “This Is What You Came For,” he collaborated with John Newman on “Olé” which was released. While speculation rose as to whether the song was about his latest breakup, no confirmation came from either party.
