It seems like Aly Raisman’s playlist really paid off when she led the US Women’s gymnastics team The Final Five to a first place finish. There to cheer them on and congratulate them is none other than Taylor Swift.
Hot off her performance with Nelly at the Hamptons earlier this week, Taylor Swift gave her first tweet in nearly two months today when she broke the Blank Space of her Twitter with these congratulatory words:
Sending my biggest congratulations to Simone, Aly, Laurie, Gabby and Madison! YOU DID IT GIRLS!! 🇺🇸#FinalFive

While previously living a low-key life, Taylor made headlines several times earlier this year when she broke up with Calvin Harris and started dating actor Tom Hiddleston along with secretly writing Calvin Harris and Rihanna’s “This Is What You Came For” under a fake name. And while she’s had a string of controversies she’s involved in, we’re glad she can just sit back and enjoy the Olympics with the rest of the world.
