The video for “End Game” is out now and features a lot of new things for Taylor Swift.
Sheeran and Future party it up in various places around the world while Swift wears a few sparkly outfits, especially in the sequence of dancing on a yacht. Pretty standard stuff really for a party track, but extremely opulent for a T-Swift track.
The video, directed by Joseph Khan, encompasses shots in Tokyo and London along with others, and follows on the themes of the album and its first two singles “Look What You Made Me Do,” and “…Ready For It.” While the video is on-par for what you’d expect from Taylor, the one twist was the absence of an anticipated hatchet-burying scene with Katy Perry in light of their recent beef.
Swift’s videos have been attracting extra attention recently as fans are noticing hidden Easter eggs in them, such as the Chinese symbols in the “…Ready For It” video that mean ‘Year of the Snake’ and have been interpreted as a shot at Kanye West.
But enough talking, check out the video for “End Game” and see what you think of Taylor Swift’s vibe.
