Earlier this month, rumors surfaced about a Weeknd and Daft Punk song in the making. Republic Records VP Wendy Goldstein later confirmed the collaboration in an interview, saying, “I’ve always been a massive Daft Punk fan, and this is the first time that I’ve actually been involved with an artist who’s going to go and work with them.”

Today, that song has arrived. Entitled “Starboy,” it shares the same title as Abel Tesfaye’s forthcoming album, which is slated for a November 25 release on Republic Records.

On the track the robotic dance legends lend catchy drums and thier signature vocoder wordplay behind Abel’s vocals. “Look what you’ve done / I’m a motherf**kin’ Starboy,” the Beauty Behind the Madness singer croons on the hook. Listen below on Apple Music.

An iTunes snapshot of Starboy indicates the new LP will include 18 tracks; “False Alarm” is the only other song, besides the title track, listed.
