The 10-part series will premier on August 13th and promises homemade and gourmet selections with the help of 10 master chefs: Angelo Sosa, Antonia Lofaso, Candice Kumai, Daniel Holzman, Jon & Vinny, Ludo Lefebvre, Nancy Silverton, Nyesha Arrington, Roy Choi, and Tanya Holland.
“Hi, I’m Selena Gomez and I really love to eat, but I’m not the best cook,” the superstar says in the nearly two-minute clip soundtracked by her “Look At Me Now” single. “So I’ve asked some of the best chefs to school me.” Cooking together, but socially distanced via video chat, world-renowned chefs will remotely guide Gomez to create the perfect omelet, spicy miso ramen, Korean breakfast tacos, seafood tostada, Hawaiian donuts, matcha chocolate chip cookies, tomato bruschetta and a cheese soufflé.
Alongside the young singing sensation are Gomez’s grandparents and friends who will guest star as her taste testers, although the chefs will be the ultimate judges.
