With the surfacing of the Trump Tapes, the Republican party has been taking great hits. Melania was disheartened by her husband’s words but has since forgiven him. She said, “The words my husband used are unacceptable, and offensive to me. This does not represent the man I know. He has the heart and mind of a leader.
Despite her endorsements for her own husband, she did not appear with Donald Trump as a couple to make a TV appearance for the GOP presidential, even though Trump advisers suggested they should. In the past, Bill and Hillary appeared on 60 minutes in 1992 to address claims over the 12-year affair.
Melania told US News that she “prefers to keep her politic private” but has her own opinions. She even gives advice to her husband, but it doesn’t always take it.
