Nicki Minaj wrapped up the 43rd season of Saturday Night Live last night (May 19th) with multiple exciting performances.

The rapper put on quite a show, first exhibiting “Chun-Li,” a track off of her upcoming album Queen (which drops on June 15th). Despite a great performance of the song itself, with the chopsticks in her hair, a Chinese pavilion and Asian dancers, some viewers were quick to accuse Minaj of cultural appropriation.

Her second performance was a curve ball seeing that she didn’t play something from her upcoming album, but decided to give the spotlight to Playboi Carti as they showcased their track “Poke It Out.” The Minaj-featuring song appears on the emerging Atlanta rapper’s new album Die Lit.
