After weeks of anticipation and several leaked snippets, Major Lazer‘s new collaboration with Nicki Minaj and Partynextdoor has arrived. And, to no one’s surprise, it’s a breezy banger.

The track entitled “Run Up,” follows the dancehall pop aesthetics of “Cold Water” and “Lean On”, with Minaj flexing her Trinidadian roots on the track.

“True mi have di game pon lock, dem wah code / Just link wit some hot gyal out ah road / True mi have di waist small, pretty, bus whine / Rolex nah deh pon uno dutty gyal time?,” the femcee raps, while Partynextdoor croons on the hook.

“Run Up” is expected to be on Major Lazer’s upcoming fourth studio album, Music Is the Weapon which does not have an official release date yet.

While visiting Zane Lowe’s Beats 1 show last summer, frontman Diplo shared some details about the project, including it’s diverse guest features.

“Definitely we have Usher on it. [“Lean On” collaborator] MØ’s back on songs,” he said. “We have a song with Sam Hunt which is very unusual, but I love him. Travis Scott. I don’t even know; I have to go back…Sia is on a couple ideas, but one of the records might be her record. She’s definitely background vocals on a song.”
