In a recent interview with WWD, Madonna confirmed that her next album is set for a 2019 release.
While the 60-year-old pop and dance icon was promoting the new beauty roller addition to her MDNA Skin lineup, she heavily alluded to skincare not being her only current project. “I’m finishing my record, which I’m going to release next year,” Madonna said. “Yep, in between rose mist spray and serums, I’m actually making music. Can’t quit my day job.”

This is great news not only for her but her fans as Mirwais has helped create some of the pop queen’s biggest hits to date, including collaborations on albums Music, American Life and Confessions on a Dance Floor.
This currently unnamed album will be the Queen of Pop’s 14th LP and her first release since 2015’s Rebel Heart.
