Court Justice Macdonald has ordered Madonna and her ex-husband Guy Ritchie to resolve their custody dispute over 15-year-old son Rocco in an amicable fashion so that the rest of his “fast-receding” days is no longer taken up. The public dispute has been ongoing since December 2015.

“At the root of these proceedings… is a temporary breakdown in trust. For all the media coverage, comment and analysis, this is a case born out of circumstances that arise for countless separated parents the world over,” MacDonald said in his ruling.

The dispute in question began after Madonna and Ritchie had an argument over where their son should reside. While Rocco stayed with his father in The UK, the pop singer requests he return to America. While filed in both London and America, the judge states that the whole thing will be settled in the U.S.

Madonna concluded her sold out Rebel Heart Tour last night in Sydney and took to her Instagram account to thank her loyal fans for thier loving support. The Rebel Heart Tour was the tenth worldwide concert tour by the legendary performer, which consisted of 82 total shows throughout North America, Europe, Asia, and Oceania.
